Mike McGranahan, Executive Director and COO, has more than 20 years experience in employee benefit underwriting, consulting and management. He is an expert in financial and ROI projection pertaining to predictive models and their outcomes. He studied pre-med at the University of Oregon and has a psychology and mathematics degree from Portland State University.

Cindy Haddad, Vice President, Operations, has 25 years experience as a corporate journalist and communications consultant in a variety of industries, creating communication and education programs for internal and external audiences. Her focus includes technical research, compliance, policy and health care issues.  She has a master's degree in journalism from Indiana University.

Judy Jones, Manager, Risk Integration, has more than 20 years experience in the carrier, pharmacy benefits management and third-party administrator (TPA) arenas, as well as major insurance company account management with large alternate-funded clients.

Kristan Hildebrandt, MBA, SPHR, CCP, Operations Manager, has 10 years in executive level human resource management with large employers.  She has designed and delivered training programs, implemented effective and efficient human resources processes, and coached management and non-management employees on practices and compliance.  Her focus is design and implementation of clinical programming, training, wellness program development and integration, and recruitment.

Kurstin Lee, Director of Business Development, has 14 years experience in business development, sales and operations for both product- and service-based organizations.  Her focus is building awareness of on-site clinics and strategic partnerships. She has a master's degree in communication from Bowling Green State University.
